All the products MEISU provided have a 2-year warranty against defect; Quality problems in the warranty period, maintenance costs are borne by MEISU; If damage to the products caused due to the Buyer's faulty operation, regardless of warranty, MEISU would be happy to make remedy based on certain Shipping and handling charges.
In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery, MEISU is ready to help make it right. If you have received merchandise that is damaged or defective or wrong, please have a photo illustrating the problem ready to email to the agent that takes care of the order.
Within 10 to 20 days of receipt, we will send you a replacement at our cost or full refund based on your request.
